Therapy with me is more than just talking—it's a grounded, soulful journey toward deeper connection with yourself and others. My work is rooted in somatic awareness, spiritual depth, and the healing power of authentic, attuned relationship. I draw from modalities including Buddhist psychology, nonviolent communication, attachment theory, and my training in sacred intimacy and T-group relational practice to support your growth from the inside out.

I offer therapy for adults and couples located in California. If you're in the Oakland / Berkeley area, we can meet in person. If you're anywhere else in California, we can work together virtually via secure video sessions.

Hi, I’m Dr. Rachel - a licensed clinical psychologist, space holder, and fellow human devoted to the art of authentic connection.

I believe healing happens in relationship—when we feel safe enough to be seen, heard, and felt just as we are. My approach is relational, embodied, trauma-informed, and spiritually attuned. I bring deep presence, intuitive listening, and a heartfelt commitment to your growth.

My work is rooted in trauma-informed, somatic, psychodynamic, and attachment-based approaches. I weave modern psychology with embodied wisdom and heart-based presence to help you soften old defenses, heal core wounds, and cultivate the skills for secure, authentic connection.
