Authentic Relating is a transformative real-time relational practice rooted in the Boulder-style T-Group methodology. Instead of analyzing stories from the past, we focus on what’s happening right now—in your body, your emotions, and the relational field between us.
These sessions create a structured space to explore presence, truth-telling, emotional intelligence, and connection with others in a way that feels grounding, humanizing, and deeply alive.

In a 1:1 session, the relational practice becomes exquisitely personal. We use the principles of Boulder-style T-Group to explore what’s alive right now between us — your sensations, your emotions, your impulses, your truth — and we follow that thread toward clarity, deeper presence, and relational expansion.
