You're invited to a full-day in-person immersion for couples ready to deepen into presence, connection, and truth together.
This day is a curated blend of meditation, movement, embodied communication, and relational practice—designed to help you and your partner soften defenses, clarify desires, and meet each other with fresh eyes and open hearts.

This is for couples who are:

What the day includes:

Morning Arrival

  • Tea + gentle arrival rituals (45 min)

  • Guided stretching to soften the body and open to presence (25 min)

  • Couples meditation practice to sync nervous systems + create shared grounding (30 min)

Relational Deep Dive

  • Intentional landing: explore what each of you is longing for in this space

  • Pattern-clearing warmups: movement + dialogue practices to dissolve defenses

  • Demo session: Rachel & Darius model relational process work in real time

Embodied Practice + T-Group Exploration

  • Embodied relational work (45 min)

  • Break + Lunch (Organic lunch provided)

  • Continued T-group and embodied dialogue practice—where insight meets intimacy

Closing Integration

  • Closing meditation to integrate the day’s experience

  • Final reflections & closing ritual to leave with clarity and renewed connection

  • Rachel is a licensed psychologist, somatic therapist, group facilitator, and relational guide based in the Bay Area. She’s spent the 2 decades helping individuals and couples heal attachment wounds, deepen self-trust, and build secure, embodied relationships. Her work blends Buddhist psychology, somatic awareness, trauma healing, and spiritual intimacy.

    Rachel brings both fierce clarity and warm presence to her work, holding space with tenderness, attunement, and deep trust in your capacity to heal and grow.


  • Darius Moghaddam is a longtime Zen Buddhist practitioner, artisanal tea master, and educator in authentic relating and embodied presence. He has spent the last 15+ years immersed in martial arts, meditative disciplines, and relational facilitation. Darius brings a grounded, compassionate depth to his work, infusing each space he holds with stillness, truth, and an invitation to steady into presence. His devotion to truth, connection, and community makes him a uniquely powerful guide for couples ready to explore what’s real.
