A 12-Week Live Course in Relational Mastery
STEADY: The Capacity To Love Well
Not just healed from the past. Masterful in how you love now.
For the person who has done the inner work and is ready to become genuinely skilled at love: to see clearly, take ownership without shame, and ask for what they need without apology.
The Gap No One Names
You can understand your attachment style perfectly
and still brace the moment intimacy gets close.
Insight is not the same as skill. You can know exactly why you withdraw, why you over-give, why you reach for blame when you're frightened and still do all of it in the heat of a real relationship. Knowing the pattern doesn't dissolve it.
What changes how you love is not more analysis. It's practice. The capacity to stay present in your body when you'd rather defend. To take responsibility without collapsing. To reveal what's actually tender instead of what's armored.
These are skills, and skills can be trained.
WHAT YOU’LL BECOME SKILLED AT
Five Capacities of Relationship
01
Seeing Your Projections
Learning to catch the story you've layered over your partner and to tell the difference between what's happening and what your nervous system fears is happening.
02
Accountability Without Shame
Owning your impact fully without falling into the spiral of self-punishment. Repair that stays open and warm rather than collapsing inward.
03
Dropping Blame As A Strategy
Recognizing blame for what it is — a protection against your own vulnerability — and setting it down so something more honest can come forward.
04
Revealing What's Vulnerable
Saying the true, tender thing underneath the defended one. Letting yourself be known in the exact place you usually armor.
05
Asking For What You Need — Without Apology
Making clear, unhedged requests from a place of worth rather than scarcity. Trusting that your needs are not too much, and that naming them is an act of intimacy, not imposition.

-
Rachel and Darius combine their backgrounds in psychology, meditation, authentic relating, and group facilitation to create transformative experiences that help people deepen self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and build meaningful community. Their work blends practical tools, experiential learning, and heartfelt connection, offering participants a space to explore authenticity, intimacy, and personal growth in real time for lasting transformation.
We built this course because we kept meeting people who had done years of beautiful inner work and still found themselves bracing, blaming, or shrinking the moment love asked something real of them. Insight had taken them far. What they needed next was practice: a place to actually become skilled.
The Art of Loving Well is that place. It's the work we most believe in: love as a craft you can refine, in your body, in real time, in the company of others doing the same.

You're partnered, dating, or preparing yourself for the love you're calling in.
You want to relate from skill and presence, not just good intentions.
You're willing to be seen and to practice in front of others and grow in community.
This isn't for you if…
You're looking for a quick fix or a single technique to memorize.
You want to stay private and consume content alone.
You're in acute crisis that needs individual clinical care first.
You're not ready to look honestly at your own part in the pattern.

Before you decide
-
No. These are skills you carry into every relationship — current, future, or the one you're preparing yourself for. Many founding members will be single and doing this work precisely so they're ready when partnership arrives. Partnered members practice with their relationship as a living laboratory.
-
Every live call is recorded and shared with the cohort, so you can catch up on your own time. Your home group and the WhatsApp community also keep you woven in between sessions, so a missed week never means falling behind.
-
No. This is a coaching and skill-building course, not psychotherapy or a substitute for individual clinical care. If you're navigating acute crisis or trauma that needs one-on-one support, I'd lovingly encourage you to begin there. This course is for people with a stable enough foundation to practice and grow in a group setting.
-
One 60-minute live call, plus whatever practice you bring into your real life between sessions — which is where the deepest change happens. The home group and community are there as ongoing support, not as extra obligation.
-
All enrollments are final and non-refundable. When you join, you're reserving a place in a small founding cohort, and your home group is built around who's committed so your seat is genuinely held for you. Please enroll only when you're a clear yes. If something significant comes up, reach out and we'll talk through deferring your place to a future cohort.
